  • How many destinations does City Expert operate in?

  • You can find City Expert in thirteen locations across Spain, the Balearics and the Canary Islands: Barcelona, Cadiz, Cordoba, Huelva (Punta Umbria), Gran Canaria, Madrid, Malaga, Nerja, Palma de Mallorca, Santander, Seville, Tenerife and Toledo. We offer a wide range of tourist activities in these destinations as well as in the surrounding area. Use our search engine to discover the many places you can visit with us.

  • What activities do you offer?

  • City Expert offers a wide range of tourist services and activities, both our own products and those supplied by other providers, meaning you won’t miss a thing in your destination. On our website you will find guided tours, excursions, entrance tickets to major monuments and attractions, restaurants, sports activities, shows, spa and wellness treatments, transfer services and private excursions, amongst others.

  • Where can I find your information centres?

  • How do I know when an activity is available?

  • On each activity page, there is a calendar which allows you to choose between the dates on which an activity is available. If there is a day on which the activity you are interested does not run, the calendar will not allow you to select the date. Please remember that availability varies according to the activity, with activities running either daily or only on specific days.   • Can I choose the time of the activity?

  • This depends on what you are wanting to book. If it is an entrance ticket to a monument/attraction, the ticket can be used within the designated opening hours. In the case of other activities, such as guided tours, excursions and shows, there are specific times which will be indicated or you will be required to choose a time slot before confirming your booking. You will find all the details in the “Useful Information” section on the product page.

  • How long is my ticket valid for?

  • It varies according to the activity. There are tickets which are only valid for use on the date and time selected at the time of booking. Tickets with an open date are valid for 7 calendar days from the date selected during the booking process. The validity is determined by the service provider. Please consult the details of the activity before finalising your booking.

  • I am not yet sure what I want to do on my trip. Can I book on arrival in my destination?

  • Of course. City Expert has a large network of visitor centres, stands and information points in thirteen Spanish cities. You can find your closest centre here.

  • Are the activities suitable for wheelchair users?

  • It depends on the activity and/or the monument/attraction. For specific information regarding accessibility, please send an email to info@cityexpert.es.

  • What languages are on offer?

  • It depends on the company or partner providing the activity. The most common languages offered are Spanish, English and French. You will find the languages listed on each activity page. If a language that you require is not on offer, please speak to us and we will endeavour to find a solution.

  • Do bookings need to be paid in advance?

  • Yes, all bookings are confirmed on finalising the payment.

  • Can I pay by credit card, via bank transfer or with PayPal?

  • Yes. Payment can be made using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), PayPal, GiroPay and SOFORT. All payments made on our website are 100% secure, protecting against fraud and unauthorised transactions. Your personal details are protected.

  • Do I have to print my voucher at home?

  • Yes, you must print the voucher which you will find attached to the confirmation email sent on completing the booking. You are required to show the voucher to the service provider to be able to enjoy the activity.

  • I am unable to print my voucher. What should I do?

  • If you encounter any difficulty when printing your voucher, you can pop into one of our visitor centres and we will help. All we need is your name, the email confirmation and the booking reference.

  • I haven’t received the confirmation email. What do I do?

  • If you have not received your tickets or the email confirmation, you can call our Information and Bookings Office on +34 900 92 00 92 or alternatively, send an email to reservas@cityexpert.es. In order to be of assistance, we will need the following information: your name, the activity that you reserved and the chosen date/time.

  • Is it possible to change my booking?

  • If your plans have changed and you need to modify your booking, please contact our Information and Bookings Office. We will look into the change that you have requested and alternative dates/times. Please be aware that the policy regarding modifications to bookings is determined by the company providing the service and is subject to the availability of the activity.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

  • The cancellation policy is determined by the company providing the service. Please consult the terms and conditions found in the “Cancellation Policy” section on the relevant product page.

  • I have some questions about my booking. Who can I speak to?

  • Our Information and Bookings Office is available 365 days a year. You can call us on +34 900 92 00 92 or alternatively, send an email to reservas@cityexpert.es. The opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
