Description
Vejer de la Frontera is included in the Route of the Most Beautiful Villages in Spain. We will tour the historic center of Vejer, starting at Plaza de España and heading toward the walls of Vejer, remnants of the ancient disputes between Andalusian territories and the Christian kingdoms.
We will then visit the white town of Conil de la Frontera, known for its impressive beaches and its tuna-based gastronomy. We will see places such as La Chanca, an old defensive building of the almadraba, and the Tower of Guzmán el Bueno, a tower built on a hill to provide the best views of the entire coastline. Return time: 1:30 p.m.
